Partner Rafael Emiliano publishes study in the 11th IBRADIM Academic Journal
On May 27th, partner Rafael Emiliano de Almeida took part in the launch of the 11th edition of the Academic Journal of the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Imobiliário (IBRADIM — Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law), where he had the opportunity to publish a study on the buyer's right of withdrawal regarding off-plan property purchase agreements.
The launch took place at the award-winning Bar dos Cravos, in the city of São Paulo.
The study explored several aspects, such as the formalities required for withdrawal, the amounts involved, necessary precautions and, in particular, the position of the real estate broker in the event of withdrawal.
